Monkey Foot Wet Bag Review

Debbie from Picapie used our Monkey Foot Designs Wet Bag and wrote about it. Here is her review!

Both J and Little E are fans of all things space and space-related (we even had a space-themed birthday party for them this year), so when JEDpacks asked me to review the Monkey Foot Designs Wet Bag, I was over the moon! I mean, this bag is literally out of this world!

“Literally?” you ask, “Surely you jest!”

Well, I jest you not, for Monkey Foot wet bags are the bag of choice by NASA and are used by the astronauts on the International Space Station! Triplewordscore plus I get to tell my kids that they are using a Space Station Bag – this will definitely make me the Coolest Mum Ever!

The Monkey Foot wet bags come in some very cute boutique fabrics – Little E is hugging the Cherry Wallflower design – with a coordinating snap strap. I like the zipper pull which is bigger than the usual zippers, making it easier to open and close the bag one-handed. This is a very helpful feature, especially when one is holding drippy clothes or messy nappies.

Each bag is lined in ProCare waterproof fabric which is a food safe, heavy duty, medical-grade fabric that is both non-toxic (BPA and Phthalate-free!) and non-allergenic. This also means that it is very durable and hardy – you can just throw the bag in the laundry or dryer without worrying about the integrity of the waterproof lining!

The Monkey Foot bag comes in a very large family size – as you can see from the picture below, it can hold my entire family’s swim gear with plenty of room to spare. It can also fit nearly 2 days worth of dirty cloth nappies, whilst keeping wetness and smells in.

The Monkey Foot Wetbag has quickly become the wetbag of choice when we go travelling. I once used this bag for carrying a picnic lunch (including bottled drinks, and extra munchies) for a day’s hike in the hills and found it to be very effective in stopping a leaky bottle from soaking the contents of our rucksack.

I have also used it as a shoebag for my husband’s trainers as well as for holding sandy clothing and playthings after a day at the beach.

You can get your own Monkey Foot Designs Wetbag from JEDPacks – don’t forget to enter in the exclusive discount code, ‘picapie5′, at checkout for 5% off any of the wet bags or wet clutches in store.
